Spawn Alerts

Add the maps you want watched. The one number you type is that region's maximum - it is shown on the right of the map's "current / max" badge and is never set automatically. The Report panel (map view) shows any watched map that reaches its maximum in red, plus any stuck player. An optional sound plays when a map reaches its maximum.
